Paul Rizzello,
Creative Director

Paul is a strategic creative leader with a track record of helping global brands meet their commercial objectives. Before setting up Rizzello Creative, Paul was Creative Director of JWT London for 13 years, where he led teams of over fifty writers, art directors and designers across six continents.
 
He has collaborated with some of the world’s most acclaimed film directors, photographers and digital artists – winning over 50 awards from IPA Effectiveness to Cannes Lions. Paul has led the transformation of global brands at the highest level, having been Global Executive Creative Director for Shell, The Macallan, Regent Hotels and Schroders as well as UK Creative Director for HSBC, Bayer, J&J, Premier Foods and the British Army.

Catherine Rizzello,
Managing Director

Catherine is a commercial and client-focused agency leader with a track record of helping some of the world’s most famous brands meet their strategic and financial objectives. Before setting up Rizzello Creative, Catherine built and led client service departments for two of the UK’s leading branding agencies.

She has overseen projects across brand architecture and strategy, naming, brand identity development, brand activation, advertising campaigns and branded environments – building long-term relationships with Orange, HTC, RBS, NatWest, EE, Tesco, The BBC and Google.

How we work

We have no offices or permanent staff. Instead, we assemble a dedicated project team (made up of our favourite experts) in response to your specific requirement. This means we can offer you better value because you only ever pay for what you need. It also means you get a better quality of relationship. No layers of agency politics – just regular, direct contact with a team of experts who are on your side. 

Founded in 2020, we delivered our first global campaign for one of the UK’s largest companies (Schroders) during the peak of lockdown. The campaign went on to become one of the most awarded in its sector.
